The Russian IT companies CommuniGate Systems and RED SOFT have confirmed the correctness of running CommuniGate Pro corporate communications platform under the RED OS operating system on Baikal-M processors.
Earlier, the developers reported about the compatibility with the RED OS of the universal client Samoware, which is part of the CommuniGate Pro platform ecosystem.
CommuniGate Pro is the flagship product of the CommuniGate Systems group. It is a software platform for creating corporate communications systems, from small office scale to cluster installations, serving hundreds of thousands of users. CommuniGate Pro unites in a single software platform e-mail, instant messaging, voice communications, calendars, contacts, tasks and notes, video communications access, access and management of corporate content, as well as the contact center. The CommuniGate Pro 6.3 platform complies with the FSTEC certification requirements. The product is listed in the Unified Register of Russian Software and Databases (#7112).
RED OS is a Russian Linux family operating system for servers and workstations, which provides a universal environment for the use of application software. The product is certified by FSTEC of Russia (No. 4060 dated January 12, 2019), which confirms its compliance with information security requirements and allows its use in government information systems. RED OS is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Software and Databases (No. 3751).
