We have successfully completed testing for interoperability of the RED OS operating system with the Delta Tioga Pass server and the Beaver workstation. Using this technostack allows customers to get the full control over their infrastructure due to the absence of dependence on a concrete manufacturer of components.
Delta Tioga Pass is a high-performance server, based on the open standard OCP. The server is designed to create a computing cluster, data storage systems, software-defined and cloud infrastructures, as well as integrated hyperconverged solutions. The product is listed in the Register of Russian Industrial Products (#5044). Beaver workstation is a personal system with a wide range of configuration options for any task. The product is listed in the Register of Russian industrial products (#5498).
RED OS is a Russian Linux family operating system for servers and workstations, which provides a universal environment for the use of application software. The product is certified by FSTEC of Russia (#4060 from 12.01.2019), which confirms its compliance with information security requirements and allows its use in government information systems. RED OS is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Software and Databases (#3751).
"To ensure the technological sovereignty of the country, Russian developers need to work together, creating comprehensive vertical stacks. Together with Delta Computers we offer an opportunity to build a complete import-independent software and hardware system based on domestic hardware with RED OS on board, which due to its developed ecosystem is able to meet customers' requirements both in terms of information security and functionality", Rustam Rustamov, Deputy RED SOFT CEO, commented.
