RED SOFT and ATB Elektronika announce the successful completion of compatibility testing of the RED OS operating system with the ATB-ATOM-1 minicomputer.
ATB-ATOM-1 is a universal platform with a set of basic desktop PC functions and possibility of deep customization upon customer's request. ATB-ATOM-1 is listed in the Unified Register of Russian Radioelectronic Products (No. 878).
RED OS is a Russian Linux family operating system for servers and workstations, which provides a universal environment for the use of application software. The product is certified by FSTEC of Russia (No. 4060 dated January 12, 2019), which confirms its compliance with information security requirements and allows its use in government information systems. RED OS is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Software and Databases (#3751).
"RED OS has a wide ecosystem that includes, among other things, hardware that is compatible with our operating system. During the sanctions, it gives us an opportunity to offer the market technostacks that can fully replace foreign products. The correct operation of the RED OS on ATB-ATOM-1 minicomputers allows us to expand the portfolio of integrated solutions for import substitution. We thank our colleagues for the joint contribution to the technological independence of our country", Rustam Rustamov, Deputy RED SOFT CEO, commented.
"The integration of ATB-ATOM minicomputers and RED OS is an example of synergy between two domestic developers, the result of which is a 100% Russian solution, which components are listed in major registers of high-tech products. We have timely created a hardware-software suite, which will solve the shortage of such solutions. Russian consumers will promptly receive a quality replacement of both foreign equipment and system software", Roman Dementyev, Executive Director of ATB Electronics, noted.
