RED OS 7.3 has been validated by FSTEC of Russia

RED OS 7.3 successfully passed the tests in the certification system of information protection tools of the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control of the Russian Federation (FSTEC of Russia) with the assistance of an accredited testing laboratory. As a result of the tests it is confirmed that RED OS 7.3 complies with:

- "Information security requirements that specify confidence levels for the information protection tools and information technology security tools" (Order of FSTEC of Russia №131 dated July 30, 2018) - for the 4th level of confidence according to;

- "Information security requirements for operating systems" (Order of FSTEC of Russia No; 76 dated June 02, 2020);

- "Profile of protection of type A operating systems of the fourth protection class. IT.OS.A4.PZ" (FSTEC of Russia, 2017).

FSTEC of Russia certificate #4060 was reissued on 16.12.2021 and is valid until 12.01.2024.

RED OS 7.3 can be used as an information protection tool against unauthorized access for protection of critical information infrastructure objects (CII), government information systems (GIS), automated control systems of production and technological processes (APCS), personal data information systems up to the 1st class (significance category, level) of security inclusively, as well as public information systems of the 2nd class.

A certified edition of RED OS 7.3 contains LTS-core Linux 5.10, which, in particular, supports Intel Comet Lake (10th generation Intel processor) and AMD Ryzen 5000 video acceleration systems. It includes the most up-to-date versions of application and server software packages and supports a wide list of peripheral equipment.
