On November 26th NAPCA Russian-wide Conference "Collection 2022: laws, prohibitions and digitalization" took place in Moscow. Vladimir Kulkov, Deputy Director of Business Development at RED SOFT, took part in a discussion on the prospects of collection in the context of digitalization of society.
