On February 3-4, the National Forum on Information Security "Inforum-2022" took place in Moscow. RED SOFT acted as a silver partner, exhibitor and speaker at the event.
On February 3, Rustam Rustamov, Deputy CEO, spoke on behalf of the company within the framework of the strategic session "Russian Business Step by Step to Digital Independence". In his speech, the speaker highlighted an important problem for Russian vendors - in the race for digital transformation, large customers have begun to practice Inhouse development. This trend entails negative consequences in the form of labor market overheating and lack of mass implementation of domestic software.
The speaker concluded that the way out of this situation is to shift the focus to the development of cooperation between domestic vendors and customers.

Rustam Rustamov also gave an interview for Inforum-TV. The company representative and the moderator discussed the milestone events of RED SOFT over the past year and new trends in digitalization and import substitution, in particular in the critical information infrastructure entities.

On February 4, at the strategic session "Digital transformation, import substitution and information security: successes, status, tasks", moderated by Renat Lashin, Executive Director of RSPA "Domestic Software" Assn., Ivan Ivlev, Deputy Director of RED SOFT's system products development department, spoke.
The speaker talked about the results of 2021, including updates to the RED OS (release of version 7.3., getting FSTEC certification), and highlighted problems in the process of import substitution.
"Domestic manufacturers are not competitors to each other. Our competitor is foreign software, which we are substituting with domestic. Therefore, we are all working in the same direction - this is import substitution of information infrastructure and support for heterogeneous environment", - concluded the representative of RED SOFT.
