On June 16, 2022, liabilities to pay coupon yield on exchange-traded non-convertible interest-bearing non-documentary bonds, series 002P-01 (registration number 4B02-01-00372-R-002P as of June 15, 2020) for the eighth coupon period (the starting date of the coupon period - March 17, 2022; the ending date of the coupon period - June 16, 2022) were fulfilled.

On June 08, 2022 RED SOFT's new bond issue 002P-03 with the nominal value of 100 million rubles was placed in full.

We have successfully completed testing for interoperability of the RED OS operating system with the Delta Tioga Pass server and the Beaver workstation. Using this technostack allows customers to get the full control over their infrastructure due to the absence of dependence on a concrete manufacturer of components.

On June 1-3, Nizhny Novgorod hosted the CIPR-2022 conference (Digital Industry of Industrial Russia). RED SOFT acted as an official partner and exhibitor and presented a report at the section "Import Independence and Migration. Current Issues and Cases".
