To implement the import substitution program, RED SOFT and Evolenta confirmed compatibility of the RED OS operating system with software for automating operations of Multifunctional Centers of Government Services (MFC): the system for executing electronic routines and interagency interaction, the system for designing electronic routines, and the electronic queue management system.
RED OS is a Russian Linux family operating system for servers and workstations, that provides a universal environment for application software. The product is certified by the FSTEC of Russia (№4060 of 12.01.2019), that confirms its compliance with information security requirements and allows its use in government information systems. RED OS is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Software and Databases of the Ministry of Communications of Russia (No.3751).
The system of execution of electronic routines and interdepartmental interaction (SIER) automates the main administrative and management processes of providing government and municipal services. It is designed for the work of multifunctional centers operating in a "single desk" mode. The SIER is integrated with the infrastructure of the e-government: ESIA, EPGU, FRGU, SMEW, GIS GMP, IAS MKGU, IS MDM, FGIS ERP, FIAS and others. It is registered in the Unified Registry of Russian Software and Databases of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation (No. 3064).
Electronic Routines Design System (SPER) is designed to customize the processes of providing government and municipal services, interagency interaction, printed forms, regulatory and reference information and other parameters. It is registered in the Unified Registry of Russian Software and Databases of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation (No. 331).
The Electronic Queue Management System (SUEO) supports an unlimited number of external and hidden queues, configures their letter markings in the ticket number and notification media (F001, F002, F003, U001). It takes into account time spent and possibility of service, enables the desks to work in one of three modes: manual, semi-automatic and automatic, and has a system of prioritizing. It is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Software and Databases of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation (No. 251).
"The replacement of foreign software and digitalization are interrelated processes. Therefore, a comprehensive approach is important, where the implementation would be based on a sanction-resistant technological stack with the Russian operating system as the core. RED OS is among the first Russian operating systems, which proved to be compatible with the MFC workflow automation software, developed by Evolenta Group. The use of our joint solution will allow to optimize the work of multifunctional centers, while responding to the main directions of development of our state: digital transformation and import substitution", - Rustam Rustamov, Deputy RED SOFT CEO, commented.
"The software works with the required performance, and functional testing of the products did not reveal any critical inconsistencies. The result obtained in the course of work allows us to recommend customers, multifunctional centers and public authorities to jointly use SIER, SPER, SUEO and RED OS", - said Vyacheslav Maslov, Head of Implementation and Operation Department of "Evolenta".
