June 2, 12:00 p.m., at Interfax Holding press center in Moscow, RusBonds portal with support from Moscow Exchange will hold a webinar titled "Presentation of New Bond Issue. RED SOFT's Strategy and Plans for the Debt Capital Market".
The event will be broadcast live on the RusBonds YouTube channel. Pre-registration is required to join the broadcast.
The seminar will be attended by:
- Maxim Anisimov, CEO of RED SOFT;
- Vyacheslav Komlev, member of the RED SOFT's board of directors;
- Kirill Veselkin, Deputy CEO for Scientific Research and Development of RED SOFT;
- Nikolay Leonenkov, Director of Corporate Finance Department, IC RIKOM-Trust;
- Aleksey Buzdalin, Ph.D., Director of the Center for Economic Analysis at Interfax Group.
Welcoming remarks will be made by Renat Lashin, executive director of RSPA "Domestic Soft" Assn.
Participants of the event will talk about current activities of RED SOFT and its main products on the software market as well as discuss plans for issuing bonds and further business development.
