RED SOFT and Anlim-Soft have successfully tested their products

To develop technological cooperation, RED SOFT and Anlim-Soft tested their products. The result of this collaboration was the compatibility and correctness of the AURA package with the RED OS operating system.

The AURA software solution captures, processes and stores information in audio format. The AURA PC has the following functionality:

- Audio recording of conversations between an employee and a customer using a computer, microphone, portable badge and software;

- selective listening to audio recordings;

- incident handling;

- labeling audio recordings according to the stress level;

- evaluation of emotional background of conversations;

- report generation;

- integration with existing AIS;

- the use of audio recordings to advocate the interests in court by means of a specially developed package of organizational and administrative documentation.

The software has been listed in the Unified Register of Russian Software and Databases of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of Russia.

RED OS is a Russian Linux family operating system for servers and workstations, that provides a universal environment for application software. The product is certified by the FSTEC of Russia (№4060 of 12.01.2019), that confirms its compliance with information security requirements and allows its use in government information systems. RED OS is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Software and Databases of the Ministry of Communications of Russia (No.3751).
